Warranty

What is the warranty period?

All Maivelle watches and jewellery come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.

You’ll need to provide proof of purchase, so we recommend holding onto your order confirmation. The warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects in materials, and applies only to items purchased directly from our website or through an authorised stockist.

If your item is approved for a warranty claim, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

What does the warranty cover?

Our 2-year warranty covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials across all Maivelle watches and jewellery. If there’s a fault with how your piece was made, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

What does the warranty not cover?

Our warranty covers manufacturing faults — but it doesn’t apply to damage caused by how the item is worn or handled.

That includes:
– Battery life (for watches)
– General wear and tear
– Scratches or cracked glass
– Damage caused by accidents, improper care, or misuse
– Repairs or adjustments made by anyone outside of Maivelle
– Water damage beyond light splashes
– Lost or stolen items

We’re always here to help, but these issues aren’t covered under warranty.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Just drop us an email at hello@maivelle.com with your order confirmation and a quick description of the issue. If it helps, feel free to attach a photo or two.

We’ll take a look, confirm what’s going on, and sort out the next steps from there.

Is my watch water-resistant? 

Yes, all Maivelle watches are 3ATM water resistant, meaning they can handle splashes, rain, or snow, but shouldn’t be worn in the shower, pool, or sea. To keep your watch looking its best, avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics, or cleaning products, as these can damage the finish over time.
