Returns
What is the returns policy?
We accept returns on full-price items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in an unused condition with all of the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or are not returned in a resaleable condition.
How do I return my item for a refund?
Email us at hello@maivelle.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you the return instructions. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
How do I return my item for an exchange?
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order for a refund and place a new one.
What if I received the incorrect item, or my item is or becomes faulty?
If you’ve received the wrong item or something’s not quite right, email us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll make it right, whether that’s a refund, replacement, or credit and send a free returns label.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and check your return, please allow 5–7 working days for your refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you received free shipping, we may deduct our actual shipping cost from the refund.
Are any items non-returnable?
If you ordered a bundle from our “In Her Rotation” section and want to return part of it, just email us at hello@maivelle.com and we’ll help.
