If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, email us as soon as possible with your new address. We’ll do our best to update it in time, but it’s not guaranteed — and we can’t take responsibility for missed changes once an order has been dispatched.

All orders are shipped from the UK. If you're ordering from outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to customs duties or import fees when it arrives. These charges are set by your local government and are the buyer’s responsibility. We’re required by law to declare the full value of each item, and unfortunately, we have no control over these fees — they vary by country. We recommend checking your local customs guidelines before placing an order. If your order is returned to us due to an issue on your end (such as providing the wrong address, refusing to pay customs fees, or failing to collect the parcel), we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
